How to Claim Cashback
Claiming cashback with Cashback and More is simple. Just follow the steps below to make sure your purchase tracks correctly and your rewards are approved.
✅ 1. Create Your Free Account
Sign up or log in to your Cashback and More account.
Cashback can only be tracked when you’re logged in.
✅ 2. Find a Merchant
Browse our categories or search for your favourite store.
Each merchant page shows:
- Cashback rate
- Any exclusions
- Tracking information
- Special terms (if applicable)
✅ 3. Click “Activate Cashback/Shop Now”
Click the Activate Cashback / Shop Now button on the merchant page.
This opens the retailer’s website in a new tab and activates the tracking link.
Important:
Do not open other tabs or use other discount sites after clicking Shop Now — this can break tracking.
✅ 4. Complete Your Purchase
Shop as normal on the retailer’s website.
Make sure:
- You complete the purchase in the same session
- You don’t use unapproved voucher codes
- You don’t switch devices or browsers mid‑purchase
These can affect cashback eligibility.
✅ 5. Wait for Tracking Confirmation
Once the retailer reports your purchase, your cashback will appear in your account as:
Pending – waiting for merchant approval
Confirmed – approved and ready to withdraw
Declined – the merchant did not approve the cashback

Most merchants approve cashback once:
- The order is delivered
- The return period has passed
- The transaction meets their terms
Approval times vary but typically range from 1–90 days, depending on the retailer.

Once your cashback is confirmed, you can withdraw it using the available payout methods in your account.

- Disable ad blockers (they can block tracking)
- Avoid using unapproved voucher codes
